Main Responsibilities:
- Organize files in alphabetical order and ensure accurate labeling.
- Update file inventory and maintain the tracking system.
- Prepare and send closed files to archives in accordance with program procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be comfortable and able to lift boxes up to 20lbs
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Comfort with technology and data entry
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
