Migration Assistant- Bronx, NY

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize files in alphabetical order and ensure accurate labeling.
  • Update file inventory and maintain the tracking system.
  • Prepare and send closed files to archives in accordance with program procedures.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be comfortable and able to lift boxes up to 20lbs

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Comfort with technology and data entry
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
