Position Description:
- General office tasks – answer main phone, sign for deliveries, monitor the front door/people coming in, sign for packages, issue parking passes, field general questions
- Fill out in simple spreadsheets, make calls as needed (possibly to order lunch,)
- Must be ok with being at the desk most of the day as covering doors/phones is key. Hours would be Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8:30am -2pm
- Assist with other administration and operational tasks as needed
Experience Required:
- 2+ years prior experience working as a Receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with a can-do attitude
- Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word
