Located in Downtown, NYC.

>Working for information within the Human Resources Department. This position involves high-volume data entry, auditing employee
records maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data. The HR Data Specialist will assist a team of Human
Resource Department staff that may include other management positions, as well as support staff engaged in highly technical
human resources work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Clean, validate, and correct employee and position records in HR systems
• Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide Personnel Action Forms and Position Change Forms.
• Adheres to organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies, and standards.
• Works with HR staff to validate each request and the accurate completion or routing of each form based on HR processes.
• Provides data support for Human Resources staff, all associate end-users, and members of senior management.
• Acts as a resource and guide for managers as it relates to HR data and positions
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies such as missing fields, duplicate records, or hierarchy errors.
• Use Microsoft Excel to reconcile datasets and track cleanup progress.
• Maintain strict discretion while handling sensitive employee information.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to clarify data standards and document modifications for future reference.
